Phase I - Set up

1. Recommendation for the initial set up of the clinic which includes

• Location

• Space requirements

• Equipment

• Clinic layout

• Electronic medical billing (EMR)

• Staffing requirements

(Recommendations will be customised based on the business model and objectives of the clinic )

2. Cost projection x 3 years

3. Income projection x 3 years

4. Determination of objectives and model of business

5. Customised checklist for requirements and timelines if requested.

6. Supervision of set up process if requested

Phase IIOperations

Part 1 Administartive

• Hiring criteria checklist

• Hiring process if requested

• Provide staffing solutions if requested

• Employee handback outlying clear responsibilities and accountabilities

• Training in billing and EMR software

• Training of front office staff in customer service, appointment scheduling, marketing and in-house business development

• Scheduling processes implementation and monitoring

• Establishing referral sources

• Consultation and establishing guidelines with insurance companies

• Costing of treatment sessions /packages which can be customised to suit business model

Part 2

Clinical

• Setting up of practice philosophy

• Training staff in the respective practice philosophy

• Introducing and training staff in best practice guidelines

• Setting up treatment protocols according to evidence-based guidelines

• Training and implementation of documentation according to best practice guidelines

• Implementing international standards in treatment and service across all staff involved with the clinic

• Communication guidelines / processes with physicians and surgeons to maintain standards of care

Phase IIIMonitoring/ Follow Up Phase

• The primary objective in this phase is to monitor the processes that have been set up and ensure smooth functioning of the clinic according to the philosophy of the practice.

• Regular evaluation if clinical standards to maintain international standards

• Making sure the work flow and patient flow is unimpeded

• Maintaining efficiency in staffing management

• Maintaining a patient experience that is unique to this practice

• To iron out the initial glitches in process implementation so that collectively there is a positive influence on the revenue.
